CrossFit TEF is a modest 2600 square feet of awesomeness! There’s a ton of space for a large pull-up rig, climbing ropes, rings, a turf for sled work, and plenty of rowers, ski ergs, and bikes. Safety is our top priority and coaching correct form and technique, while pushing you out of your comfort zone, is paramount to our success and yours. We programs with a purpose and we focus on helping members of all ability levels achieve their fitness goals while building a strong community and having fun. We are confident that there is something for everyone at TEF!
