Elements:
1/2 lb cooked, peeled, sliced in 1/2
1 shredded carrot
1 thinly sliced cucumber
Cilantro
Lettuce
Mint
Rice paper

Instructions:
Soak the rice paper, wrap all of the above components

Sauce:
Combine 1/2 cup sunbutter with
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp crushed purple pepper flakes
1 tsp minced ginger

Use as a dipping sauce or drizzle on prime!
